Do I over optimize this?

Hi,

Please the the attachment. Should I modify my menu? Do is looks really over optimized? What can you suggest, remove all the mentions about Malta, keep everything as in screenshot or still use "Malta" prefix but not for all of the items?

    If those are the keywords you are targeting, then it looks good. This is exactly what I do on my authority blog and it works great.

    I would definitelly remove Malta prefix... It doesnt look or sound good, for me atleast.
