    I am no expert but...

Take a look at your offer sales page and compare it with your site. It quite colourful they've used different fonts and colours etc. It is also clear what the user is expected to do, i.e to click the add to cart button. Compare that with your site, you have loads of different links and a feedback back form. Do you want the user to give feedback or click the link? Your offer link is tiny. I think they call it a "Call to action" search the forum for it. But you should try to have only one Call to Action.
Having said that even changing all that you may still struggle to get click throughs. You may need to provide some more content. Good luck

After looking at your website I truthfully think the issue is the amount of text. People in general are lazy, and hate reading.. You'd probably have a much better click-thru if you offered a chance to click through earlier & maybe used a graphic.

Really you just need to do some basic A/B split testing. Run one version of the page for 300-400 visitors and check the click-thru. Then put up a different version of the page and check the CTR after that. Whichever one has a better CTR wins and moves on. Then start all over with a new "contender" as version B. Eventually you'll have a CTR that's closer to what you want!

FYI, almost NEVER is your first guess perfect! A website has to evolve over time & get better & better!

Firstly - I hope you didn't write that article. It reads like a badly spun, nonsense version of something else. For example, what is
How can I participate in occult the secret recipe menu on the Web?
    supposed to mean? It's nonsense.

    Likewise -
That is because most people creating the secret menu I had to remove, from what they think is in the finished product and work towards the main ingredients.
Secondly - it's a recipe site. People shop with their eyes. Where are the photos of dishes you've cooked?

    Proofread your "about me" widget.

In just a couple of sentences rosetrees has given you the outstanding advice.

You need to 'dot the i's and cross the t's'. Your text needs to be perfect, this will encourage trust from your reader in you.

End products - images of some mouth watering, beautifully prepared dishes will be worth more than a 1,000 of the most persuasive sales content.

Find some short YT vidz of stunning restaurants and incorporate them in too - sell a dream, a feeling, an emotion. Food is not just about flavour.

You need to concentrate on pre-selling the product more.

That basically means giving people a good reason to want to click through to the sales page. Think about what the benefits of the product are and highlight them to your readers.

How will it help them, what do they have to gain etc

Have the entire content of your website professionally edited. It's awful. Occult?

Take your picture off the site.

    Keep writing.

Looking at your home page, I see a couple problems. In the first place, I suggest you use red for your main headline. Also, center the headline. As others have noted, the page needs proofreading -- the plural of "menu" does not contain an apostrophe, for one. Maybe use a bulleted list instead of body text for the copy beneath your subheadline. Finally, why is there a comment box on a presell page? That visual real estate should be used to excite interest in the reader and lead to a call to action.

    Hope this helps.
