Videos or free reports?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi guys, im wondering what is better and more effective when getting leads, videos or free reports?
I mean, if you were promoting a health related niche and you design a good squezee page, you put the incentive, maybe to see the video where they will discover "how to..." they should put the name and email, or if they wan to get the free repor the y should do too.
What i have found is that many peolpe get the report and read it, but is no so effective, but i do not know about videos is better? what have been your experiences?

Whatever you provide, make sure its valuable thing.. But I feel if you provide them some gr8 videos on somethig, I guess you have more chances to get leads..

Better try it once and check yourself what works better for you...

If you use videos you usually get better results but you have to test it for yourself.

How about both? Combine the video with an informative article and you've got twice the bang for your buck. Like what I did here ... How to Compose Your Own Piano Music!

As someone who might be your future customer and is on the receiving end of it... I very much prefer the information presented in form of a video.

That way it is visually digestible and sinks in more easily.

Everything varies. Results always vary with every individual. I believe videos are by far, the number one gift that most people want in any niche. Granted, there are a couple of great softwares out there but if you want to learn "how to" stuff, it's best to see it cause I believe most people are visual learners and perhaps not the best readers. So I'd definitely go with a video instead of a report.

I also tend to prefer videos since it's much easier to digest the information. However, many people prefer to print out a report and read it offline when they're away from the computer. I like the idea of providing both.

For me it depends on the subject - videos are good to SHOW how to do something, but if I want to read about a certain subject, ie: backlinking, I want a report.

Use 2 or 3 part videos. Show the first one for free then offer the rest of the information in the follow up videos which you will send to them via email. People want easy stuff so it is easier to just watch a video than to read and try to make sense of what they are reading.
