Quick Question Warriors

I have a Niche Blog with 2 issues.. that im sure you all are familiar with and could potentially help me out

1) My Headers on my word press back office aren't listed for some reason, ex.

I dont see a drop down box where the (paragraph) tab would usually be listed with H1 H2 H3 headers, has anyone else encountered this issue?... I dont know if it has to do with any sort of plug-in im lacking or that iv'e activated?

2) My (ContactUs) form isn't working either, I have contact form 7 plug-in activated but no form

Anyone know how to figure this out? any info would be great, Thanks Warriors!

ps. I'll try and provide a screenshot if needed

    Are you sure you have visual editor selected? You have to click your profile name in the top right corner (I think) and select something like options or settings, something like that. Then there is a page that has some different options, one is the visual editor, turn it on.

    If it isnt that, then I dont know.

    As far as the form, is it a paid plugin? If so you might be better off contacting the support. If it is free, there still might be some from of support for it, but you would have to search around.

    Hope that helps! I know how frustrating wordpress can be when you dont know a lick of techie stuff!

    I'm no expert, but I've run into my fair share of issues with wordpress. Can you provide a url, and if not, there are many wordpress help forums, that have done wonders for me. I use studiopress, for my genesis theme wordpress issues, and if you just type in google wordpress forum, there a few active members on the 1st ones that are gurus on pretty much all issues.

    Point 1) - that's on the second row of icons - have you clicked on the last icon in the top row "show/hide kitchen sink"? If not, click on it to turn on the second row of icons

    Point 2) - have you put the short code for your contact form into a page? Have you set up the form in the CF7 settings area?

    I use Contact Form 7, it's neat and easy to use.

    This would do the trick:
    1. Go to Plugins > Contact Form 7 > Settings
    2. Customize your form here
    3. When you're finished, see that there is a highlighted code in BROWN, like this:

    [contact-form 1 "Contact form 1"]
    4. Copy the whole line of the code.
    5. Paste it on any page you want it appear (e.g. "Contact Us" page).
    6. DONE!
