Best Unsubscribe Page I've Ever Seen...
Their unsubscribe page was simple but awesome and prevented me from unsubscribing. When you click unsubscribe in one of their emails, they don't automatically unsubscribe you like most newsletters.
Some companies don't automatically unsubscribe you, but instead give you these options: 1) stay subscribed, 2) unsubscribe. This company gave way better options. You'll see why it will significantly reduce unsubscribe requests.
Here it is the page that you see after you click unsubscribe:

Email Options
How often would you like to hear from us?
(*) Always: I want it all! Send me all sales emails, giveaways and special events.
( ) Once a day: My morning isn't complete without knowing what's on sale every day.
( ) Once a week: Let me know about upcoming sales and event highlights.
( ) No emails, please. Unsubscribe me from all sales and event emails. I only want to receive
emails related to my orders.

I ended up clicking once a week rather than unsubscribing. It's easy to understand why this works. Give people options on how often they want to receive your emails. Put them in control.
Sometimes people want you stuff, just not as often as you want them to have it. When people try to unsubscribe from your emails, let them choose how often to receive your emails and watch your unsubscribe rates decrease.
