Can you critique my article marketing strategy please?

I have never really written articles but my 09 resolution is to write 5 articles per day and since the 1st I have done just that. Here is what i am doing.

1. write an article for my niche (I dont need critiquing on this part)

2. Submit it to EZA.

3. AFTER it is approved at EZA a few days later i take the same article and change around the title to target a different long tailed keyword. I also change the keywords within the article to the new long tailed keyword.

4. I take that new one and submit it to go articles and buzzle.

Here are my questions. Doesnt my duplicate article even though i changed around a few words its not enough so wont it get sanboxed or in supplemental? I know i wont get penalized but will they actually index and show results for the EZA article AND the go articles and buzzle?

Here is what i am up against. I am doing all of this myself because i want to learn it inside and out. I am also doing other things so it comes to a time ROI tradeoff. Besides EZA are go articles and buzzle good for ranking in google? Ive noticed they seem to be pretty good.

Can someone give me some input? I like how quickly this can be done. I write the article, change titles from the original at EZA and submit it to go articles and buzzle. Its fairly quick and easy. If i was submitting to 10 i just wouldnt have the time.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you submitt the same or almost the same content (which could apply to your articles) then only ONE of your articles will rank (most of the times EZA since it's usually rankes higher).
Nevertheless, you would benefit from the other articles in two ways:

1- Direct traffic from the the article directory and the websites that pick your content.

2-Page Rank gets passed to your EZA(if you apply what Chijioke suggested) and your EZA article gets ranks even higher in the search engines.

I am of course you must know how to write optimized articles and how to link through proper anchor text.

It all depends on what you want to reach and how much time you want to spend on this (you may consider outsourcing eventually when you feel that you have mastered the process )

    All the best,

Will it hurt you? Most of the time, no it won't.

Will it help? Not nearly as much as taking an additional 10 minutes per article and just lightly re-writing the whole thing.

As far as those who have seriously researched it have been able to tell, there is no duplicate content penalty for identical articles on different sites - only for identical articles on the SAME site.

That being said, those multiple submissions will help you in the backlinks department, but don't expect articles that closely matched to rank well for the different keywords you've exchanged in each one.

There is always the occasional exception, but as a general rule, the articles are going to have to be more unique than what you are describing for them to get you ranked on multiple keyphases.

    Hope this helps,

spot on Mike. I find so many people who fail in the Articles Marketing not getting the desired result because they are always looking for shortcuts in one form or the other, but if you really want to get great conversions you have to put in time. Do the research , organize and then put your thoughts on peice of paper.

I see newbies just picking up an article and rewriting it in 2 , 3 mins, many use article spining which again won't give you the desired CTR though it might fool the spiders to think its unique content but can't fool people.

Anyways here is a good article that could help the newbies who want to start writing for money

Absolutely right, though I have to admit, I've been known to try and take a shortcut or two myself in years past. I think it's just human nature.

But there really are no shortcuts to success in Internet Marketing, at least not in 2009. Quick, quality re-writes of your own articles is definitely possible, but in 2-3 minutes? That's pretty tough.

As mentioned above, I have mine down to about 10 minutes each now, but it's taken some practice to get there.

Maybe I'll try to do a video on my 90 day challenge blog showing exactly how long it takes me to do a "quick" re-write.

        Thanks for the idea!

Learn to write good articles fast. If you can write 5 articles in an hour, you can post tons of original articles to Ezine Articles or your own website without ever needing to look over your shoulders for the Duplicate Content Patrol.
