About to outsource... what contracts to use?

Hi im about to outsource and move forward with a company based in California which has its own staff in india. Not sure who im signing with a us based company or one in india. This company was recommended by my friend who runs a successful website. What contracts should i use, an NDA and if so are they different when outsourcing. Next what should i watch out for with their contract before i sign it, or what should i be adding into it>? thank you

    If your contract is breached, what is your next move? I've learned the hard way that contracts with online companies (ESPECIALLY an overseas company) will be hard to fight.

    Sure you could probably bury their biz, but people like that will just move on to the next victim.

    im outsourcing a website i would say its complex almost like a dating website.


    If your contract is breached, what is your next move?

    Not sure isn't this just part of life?

    They do some database management for my buddies company that grosses in the high millions every year, they are almost fully employed by his company but they are their own company.
