Having a problem with Photoshop CS5, need help

I am working on a project and have to create numerous graphics. I am using Photoshop CS5 and every time I flip back and forth between the document and Photoshop, the Photoshop needs to be put back to full screen. That isn't the main issue though.

I have lost all my tools that are along the right side of the screen, and my menus with the layers and other stuff down the right side have also disappeared. I can't figure out how to restore them. Can anyone help?

I don't really know how to use this program, so I run into problems all the time. Usually I can find my answer on Youtube.com, but not this time.

Please help.

Click on window on the top menu bar

Wow, that did it. I always flip through my applications by using the Alt-Tab keys, so that must have been what made it disappear. I had no idea.
