What's you biggest challenge with IM right now?

Out of everything I've done in my life so far, IM by far has had the most challenges for me.

At first it was the technical stuff like setting up a website & optin page etc... Then it was with creating a product. Now my biggest challenge is getting enough people to my optin page and sales letters (ie. Traffic).

So whats your biggest challenge right now with IM?

My biggest challenge right now is breaking away from services and moving to product creation and building my own list. The problem is I've been offering services for so long now and I'm only making enough to meet my budget. It's hard to find the extra time to focus on my own product (which I'm currently writing).

That's my biggest problem at the moment. I'm hoping to have the product finished in 3 weeks and then start working on pre-launch, finding affiliates, and getting my autoresponders set up. Then it's on to the back end product...ahh the list goes on...

Yup, IM is by far the most challenging part for me. Aside from it requires from us our effort and time; it also has some very technical stuff that needs some time to familiarize and to be understood. It cannot just be learned in one sitting since some technical stuff will take some time to be understood. Reality is that, not all people can easily learn and understand this technical stuff in the IM world.
And at present, I am still providing services as an article writer since I have still my day time job as a university faculty but will someday make a transition to a full time boss in the IM business. I have already started to familiarize and understand on how to sell products in the IM world but still have some challenging stuffs to learn. The challenge for me right now is how to generate traffic into my site and how to really build some domain to really attract the attention of the people who would then open their wallet and shares some of it to my wallet.

    Mine is also traffic.

If I can just get enough traffic to my webpages, i would definitely hit many home runs, but off page seo is time consuming

If i had the budget i would just outsource the whole thing, unfortunately I do not have at the moment

    My biggest challenges:

headechs, cramps, back pain, bumps in the butt, wet dreams, getting dumped by the ladies etc etc

...that are caused by prolonged sitting and not socializing sometimes.

What was I thinking? This is definitely my biggest challenge with IM too . Friday and Saturday night consisted of me writing a sales page and recording a couple promo videos...

Working full time in my offline business (licenced massage therapist) AND full time (6+ hours per day) on my online stuff

pretty busted most of the time but if I can hit a steady regular $100 a day I can quit the day job!

Mine, at the moment, is focus.

I have a ton of great ideas that are half way in the works and already show a lot of potential but I can't seem to just focus on one for a prolonged period of time.

Additionally, I've been taking a lot of mini vacations so by the time I come back, a lot of the things I was working on are no longer fun.

I need to build up a great habit of fixing on one thing and rolling with it for 6 months to a year at a time.

the list of tasks I have to complete for all my projects is so long that it is quite daunting, cant afford a VA so am doing it all myself and whenever I get something done I end up generating two or three more tasks

      garrrrhhhhhh

There is only 24 hours in the day. What a bummer.

Time managment is meant for 24 hours a day. Maybe they need to extend it to 28 hours a day so i can get everything I need to get done. Or maybe it is time to outsource some more. Hmmmm.
