What would you do if you needed to make 1,000$ in a month?

If you needed to make 1,000, starting from scratch, not using ebay or garage sales, what would you do?

I would make an ebook for 15$ and sell it to 100 people, but I don't know how to reach out to 100 people. there are ways like SEO, I am no guru at SEO and that is the biggest factor in making money next to the content, now as for content I can produce lovely content ex. www.lifesgreatquotes.com I have tons of content and still building more.

after you answer the questions could you list ways I can self teach myself to become a master SEO artist? I have a few book like the art of SEO but I want to know how you learned your SEO ways.

I would build a product and list it as WSO.

I might not make $1,000 immediately but I would have a start.

I do keyword research, even for the huge product launches.

I agree with Pixel Minisite. Fact is, if you have a service and will do for others what they don't want to do, they will pay you for it. I made over $75,000 right here on the Warrior Forum with my writing service WHILE I was building other online (and offline) endeavors. Based on your post, you mentioned $1000. There are tons of people right here who will pay you $100 for this service, or $100 for that service...the money can add up to $1000 VERY quickly. I recommend you look at the Warrior for Hire section, check out the most active threads and couple those with what YOU can do for others (many don't require EXPERT knowledge, but others will pay you money to do things so they can focus on OTHER areas of your business) then, take that success, create a WSO to show others how to do it. Make your content of QUALITY, and be a real, genuine person. Over time, $1000 will not even seem like a lot of money...sounds weird, but it's true. There is an adage that tells of what a man who is broke and starving will do for $10...take that same man who now has $10,000, and he would NEVER consider doing what he did for that $10 and would laugh at anyone who offered him $10 for just about ANY amount of work. It is all perspective, grab a plan, turn it into action, set goals, reach them, then RE set them and make them higher.

SEO is quite simple, if not easy, but time consuming and frustrating to do yourself. So I have a team doing that for me now.

I also have to echo what Mac said above me.

Marketing is about helping people fulfil their desires.

If someone wants to fix some shingles on their roof your job is to hand them the ladder and hammer.

At the same time I'm disappointed by the replies saying "make a WSO". Clearly if someone is stretched to make $1000 he probably isn't going to be able to add much professional value to a business community.

I've always resisted the urge of following dishonesty in that fashion and am better for it today. It's "easy" so to speak to bang out some shoddy WSO and make a quick quid or two on it, but you really aren't learning much in the way of real life business skills doing that and you certainly aren't helping any of your fellow warriors either. I have succeeded in countless markets now (after quite a long time failing) and it makes me confident in my abilities to adapt and do it again if I so chose to.

A WSO doesn't have to be just business advice. You could be providing some valuable tools, software, or services, like PLR packs, keyword research, market research, graphics packs, voiceovers, video creation, tutorial creation, ecover making, and so on...

Now if you had a hard time making $1000 and you started a WSO like "Make A Bajillion in Two Seconds!", then that's not very helpful.

Most of that is true although I would definitely not outsource the market research (arguably the most fundamental factor of success or failure) to someone who's having trouble making 1k doing it for himself.
