It depends on what kind of services you wanna offer. Do you wanna get into list building and affiliation ? Or do you want to get into offering web designing and web development services.

If it's going to be services, I would say customer service and after sales service is the most important things. That would really make or break your relation with your customer. If things go well they would recommend you and eventually you will get a lot of biz

In my offline business, I only work 6 hours a week. The key is that there are 2 full-time employees that work a combined 80 hours per week.

You need to build the business first that is sustainable, has traffic sources, a monetization strategy, etc. Then you divide up the work how you see fit.

If you're ok with just working by the hour. Just focus on what you do best and charge people for it.

you have to first build a system that will take you to your $1000 pm income goal on autopilot. So here's how your system should look like.

You are purchasing 200 leads and putting them in your sales funnel for $200 every month.

Your system is powerful enough to make you $6 per lead you get into your funnel within say 6 months period, so you will end up making $1200 income in 6 months from your 200 leads. If you deduct the cost you will end up with $1000 profits.

Now to setup such a system you will have to first figure out the products you will be adding in your system, it can be a 20 to 50 product funnel.

You have to look out for traffic sources or paid advertisement that you can use and get one lead at the cost of $1 in your funnel.

You will have to track conversion rates of your products, squeeze page, one time offers, upsells, etc and then shuffle them to improve your conversion on constant basis.

With this system in place you can end up with your $1000 goal. You can even end up making $10,000 if you invest more into the above system you have put in place.

There are a LOT of ways to make money. When I had too much time on my hands I wrote several books - those bring in $1k a month on their own and only took an hour or so a day to write.

The possibilities are endless so start with your passions.
