Is this the right way to mention brand names on your site?
Hi Guys,
One of my clients is running an affiliate site with many different products/trade marks.
He is creating product reviews and generic articles about products and he mentions specific brand names a lot.
He has a link on each page of his site and when you click on it you see the following statement (included in a privacy statement):
All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. All trademarks reproduced on this website belong to their respective owners.
Is that enough? Or should he add the TM symbol to each brand name that he mentions?
