I've thought about creating a video where I take people through the buying process. This seems like it would take the fear out of purchasing online. Is there anyone in here that has done that and increased their conversion rate? I think it would definitely be beneficial outside of the IM niche.

    I haven't done this, but I agree that it should help those who are uncomfortable purchasing online, especially if you can convince them that it's a secure transaction.
