Imported a email list to Facebook account - blocked 2 days from sending requests..

Okay, so I used my email address and imported a bunch of emails into Aol contacts.

I then added my contacts into Facebook - and then I got logged off.

I logged back on and now I am blocked from sending friend requests, for 2 days.

I also sent some friend requests like normal, pressed " Add as Friend"

So, why was I blocked? :/

The eBook I'm following - he wasn't blocked, and he is VERY trusted in Warrior Forum.

Please help. :/

\I honestly saw so much potential and thought I'd try it and act, because everything I see or get, usually sits on my PC and I don't act on it. This method I did and now I'm blocked.

AND, everyone sends me messages like "I don't know you. "I'm pretty sure we don't know each other."

    Facebook blocked you because it suspects you are importing emails for spammy purposes.

    Sounds like they are right.

    The eBook I'm following - he wasn't blocked, and he is VERY trusted in Warrior Forum.
    You can't believe everything you read in an ebook... and it will take you some more practice to learn how to pick who to "trust." This is just one of those learning experiences.

    Don't spam and follow Facebook's guidance in how they want you to use their system.

    import fewer addresses at a time is my suggestion, take your time its not a race

    Try to post small email ids rather than 2000 emails per day

    you were blocked because facebook thot u r a spammer.
    I was also blocked for 6 days for the sending same emails
