can wso page just be images???

I'd like to take my website and make a jpeg image of it, divide it into 7 clips or images (size around 70-160 kb each) and just use those images on my wso salespage

is that legal?

do you think that size of image clips would make the entire page load slowly?

thanks for your thoughts

Yes, I do that with one of my WSO's - it's a jpg of my sales letter on my site, then I have a separate buy button at the reduced price. I don't think mine loads slowly.

    Hey sourceone,

I believe there's a limit of 20 images per post. So as long as you keep it under 20 you wouldn't be breaking the rules.

You should also consider if you want any SEO benefits. Because search engines can't read images (well I'm sure Google has the technology, they're just not using it). Also when you post your link to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google + etc., the summary will come up as the first text in your post.

I would use a combination of images and standard text. As for the size, I just use the Prt Sc function and crop out the size of a standard post. Then use that for your width and adjust the height to whatever you want.

      Consider this...

I check my email on my phone every morning shortly after I wake up. Several times a week I get offers for WSO's that have enticing headlines, but I am unable to view the sales pitch because it is all (or mostly) graphical and they don't always show on a mobile device well.

I've never once bothered to go look up the thread when I sit down at my PC for the day.

I do however, on a semi-regular basis, make a stupid impulse purchase while groggily sitting on the edge of my bed. IF I can read the sales page.

I recommend strongly that you leave graphics for pictures and render text as text. I can't think of any good reason to make a whole sales page graphical.

      Dan,

Are you sure it's 20 images, I thought it was 10

that's one of the reasons i'm considering making the entire salespage from images

i have alot of key images on my non warrior salespage that wouldn't be able to be added to wso if it's 10 images maximum

I think it is limited to 10 or 11 images... I did it for my wso not too long ago.

Sorry, I'm not sure where I got 20 from. It's probably 10, 20 could get out of hand. If anyone knows for sure what the number is I'd like to hear it.

      I've done both.

I put the page together in Photoshop and then loaded it up to the forum. And I have made one with just text except for buy button images.

I don't really have a favorite way. The graphics one is kind of fun, but I think it is primarily the words that sell the product.

I use a graphics only sales page for my WSO and I have had no problems with it whatsoever. Yes, you are limited to 10 images ONLY per post.

To those who say you will sell less by using only graphics, I beg to differ. I have sold thousands of copies of mine with an image only sales letter. I have done what the previous poster said, looked at an offer on my phone and it has taken a while to load, but if I had any interest whatsoever I have gone and looked it up later on my PC. I would never purchase on my phone anyway because more often than not they are products you are not going to be able to access or watch on your phone. That and the fact I don't trust using Paypal on my mobile phone connection.

I also wouldn't worry too much about the whole SEO thing. Your first page of your thread is going to have a whole lot of good SEO juice anyway from comments and reviews people leave - if you have a good product.

    Best of luck!
