Well, you've now overcome the hurdle of not having any money to start the business. If most people spent less time whining and taking action, like you did, then they'd all have the money they need to get started.

With that 275, you can have a few sites up and running, or you can buy some WSO's. Either way, now you've got options.

Thanks for the comments. Well, actually I know there is 'more' coming. But just wanted to do the update as for the 'exact' amount that I have so far... Of course, I want to get past the $6.89/hour point. But my 'effective' hourly income is slightly higher than it was on my last update for 1 week ($102.5/20 hours work), so at about $5.12/hour at that time.

Good job so far... keep pumping out those articles. Now make some squidoo lenses, hub pages, and submit to other directories. You can also turn your articles into videos by just reading them with power point slide.

My question to you is how are you using the articles? Are you selling them, using them for affiliate products or your own, or what way are you making money with them? The reason I ask is....if you're doing anything with them besides just selling them your income will go up over time automatically.

Hi Jonathan,

here is a little tip that may help you.

focus your articles for search engine terms that get lots off traffic but have less than 200K results.

what this will do is use the power of the article site to rank for that term and get you traffic. there are thousands and thousands of words like this.

i found 50 yesterday that get over 1000 searches per day and have less than 90K competition on the engines.

then "optimize" your article for the term.

your hourly will go way way way up

Dang, how long did it take you to do that?

I just started up a new project on ebay, so far $1,624.79 in sales, for 90 minutes of listing the products, products sold in the first 4 days.

I'm not trying to offer you anything, but, dude... are you really worth $7 p/h, you know, you could get more than that working at Mac Donalds ...

I came across a place called SCM Wholesale Drop Shippers. Check them out, then flog the info on eBay... you'll make a killing.

Hi Charles,

at the moment, I am selling the articles (I wanted to see how it worked out/how feasible it is as an income stream). So far, about $6.89/hour

However, I will probably start writing my own articles in the near future so I can use them.

I also wanted to see whether it was possible for someone completely 'new' within this industry (specifically article writing) to make an income... because some ppl said they were finding it challenging... so far, again, it seems possible at $6.89/hour, so so far, I would say if you like the comfort of your own home instead of a burger flipping job, then this is a good way...

I am working on something else (with of course my own work/not sold), and google adsense has generated about $0.25/day

... so, it's interesting...

Do you actually sell on eBay? The reason I asked is I went to SCM and the prices they have on the items I sell on eBay are very high and you'd be lucky to sell them at 1/2 the price.

Read your post again and see where you sell on eBay! $1600.00 in 4 days huh? Hell, you do better than I do usually in that amount of time. I'm a powerseller, you must be a platinum powerseller with those kind of sales.

nah dude, I have my own software that re-writes articles and will have a content syndication service popping its head out soon that will spit out a crap load of articles to your blog or normal website so it builds automatically.

BUT YOU KNOW WHAT...

You will be surprised... from what I am seeing, anything is possible. I mean, how many people these days use E-bay, or Amazon? LOTS right?

How many people type that phrase in on those sites and move on cos they couldn't find what they were looking for cos they was not entering the right phrase... you might find some items listed.
