Here's something if you are doing it alone.

    1. Get freemind or xmind - both are free.
    2. Plot the entire product concept.
    3. Create contents using the mindmap

Mindmap tends to focus you and keep everything organized and flowing.

However, this is the fastest in my opinion.

    1. Create a mindmap of your actual experience in the niche.
    2. Send to Writer VA for content creation
    3. Send to graphics specialist for visuals
    4. Send to project manager to keep everything together
    5. Review the finished product and launch

It's faster this way when you have the right people working for you.

    Best regards,

    Mary

Awesome - check out lastfm as well.

I have quite a weird way of doing product creation as well - this is going to sound strange but it is true!

1am to 6am is my product creation time!

I find throughout the day I have that many distractions that I actually work better on product creation at this time.

Then once complete I have a lay in to about 10 am and know that my product is complete.

    That's just me though!

    • I agree that starting with a mind map is extremely helpful. Or at least an outline of your product. What I like to do is outline my product and then set specific dates and times beside the items on my outline. This kind of guides me as to how much time to devote to each part.

The tips that you guys are sharing are really great but what I don't understand is this... Are you guys just sharing of what we should be doing that would bring in a quick productivity show on our charts or is it something that really works for you and you are sharing your experiences. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

No one can tell you what you should be doing in terms of productivity, we are all different, for example the suggestion of listening to music will actually distract me, I listen to music with my heart so I won't concentrate on my task I love dead silence to work.

Find what works for you and run with it. But in general outlining the steps for any process with boost your productivity, you will not be guessing what you should doing next.

    Here's what I do:
    • Sign into my free account at GroveShark - Grooveshark - Listen to Free Music Online - Internet Radio - Free MP3 Streaming[/url]
    • Look up the album Calling Down the Sky by the ambient composer Robert Rich
    • Stick on my headphones and play the music.
    • Ta-da! No distractions, just gorgeous tones to make the work seem less like work.

    Any other suggestions?
Try the Tron soundtrack by Daft Punk... listening to it feels like the perfect soundtrack to creating something (programming, graphics, ebooks) Track 1 gets me in the mood for creating... and the rest keep me going.
