Hey warriors,

Little help here...

How do I get clickbank to resend my cheque to a new address?

My mailing address is in the UK but before CB sent me my last check, I already moved to another address though still in the UK but the thing is this, I didn't get my last check and I've updated my address in my CB account but the problem now is how do I get CB to understand that I didn't get/cash my last cheque and have them resend it to the new address.

Any good information should be worth it as I want to know all I need to do before contacting them and by the way, when I hit their contact link, there was virtually no space for such complaints.

    Make sure you are logged into your Clickbank account first, then click the contact link. They offer you a whole different set of choices if you are logged in.

    Also be sure to mention the check date & amount. They will charge you a $30 cancellation fee unless you wait 90 days past the original check issue date.

      Thanks for the tip, it definitely helps but I havent seen any resend check option or general enquiry or something like that in their contact form, what am I missing?
