Ecommerce Business Model for this collaboration opportunity

I have opportunity to collaborate with one established brand for motorbike wears. This is recognized company and do have quite a few outlets. Company doesn't have online selling channel as yet. I proposed them to collaborate for this project and they called me for meeting next week.

I need your people help to identify/develop business model to propose base upon mine list of competence. Mine intention is to use this opportunity for long collaboration and eventual benefits rather than one time developer relationship. Considering the fact that I do a full time job and with this company I do have rapport for other stuff from 1 year.

Can Do
1. Develop Ecommerce Site.
2. Add/Update products couple of times a month.
3. SEO and Promotion work.

Can't Do
1. Photograph and creating descriptions of the products.
2. Provide assistance and respond to customer queries regarding products.

    Getting photographs is easy. Are you talking about products? Find a local photographer who is a professional and has access to models (both male and female). If all else fails I'm sure their vendors have product images available for download or on discs you can use.

    Creating descriptions can also be outsourced, but you better interview damn well. We employ a writer in house for all of our product descriptions and they are one of the reasons our ecommerce site ranks well--they are completely different from everyone else.

    Customer service is tricky and your requirements will depend solely on the traffic heading to the site. So its hard to say, but you may be able to hire someone part-time to handle it for you. I've just PM'd you.
