I think you guys may have hit the nail on the head with the meta tag suggestion. I'm using all in one SEO but am I right to assume that it only inserts titles, metatags etc. for the individual posts and not the blog as a whole?

Only 1 blog out of my 7 that I recently published is displaying the url and I guess what you can call a description, although not really.

In google, the description is appearing like this ..

Exercises For Shoulders. The Free Workout Video Network. Subscribe to Exercises For Shoulders RSS Feed · Subscribe to Exercises For Shoulders ...

Where exactly do I go to insert the metatags? I'm guessing I make the edits in the header? ..

Believe it or not, even without any metatags etc. that site is ranked number 1in yahoo for "exercises for shoulders" at the moment but I'm way back on page 4 in Google..

Anyway, as you can tell, I'm not a wordpress guru so I really appreciate the help ..

In the settings section for the plug-in there are spots for you to add your site title, description, tags, etc. You have to enter in those values.
