Profits Theme Help or Tutorials or Instructions?

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on where to find some instruction to better utilize the profits wordpress theme. A user manual or some you tube videos would be great but i cant find anything out there.

Any ideas???

And NO I dont not have access to the profits theme membership site even though I have the theme...dont ask, long story.

    If you have a legitimate licensed version, I'm sure you could work something out with their support or contact the developer. If it is an unauthorized version, you probably won't find much help here sorting it out.

    I think they have "active licensing"- at least they did when I set up my sites- so you would need an active license or cracked version for the theme to work.

    With a valid license, you should be able to get support.

      My experience so far with them has been that their customer support sucks.

      They may have a great theme. It sure looks great when they sell it, and demo it.

      I'm sure they know how to use it well.

      Their instructional materials are written for techno-Greek speakers, and they have, so far, either ignored my requests for help, or acted as if I am an idiot.

      I'm absolutely a Computer Klutz. But, I've also built a good many websites, and managed to struggle through, or muddle through a lot of technological challenges, but these guys have, so far, been remarkably resistant to constructive, respectful customer feedback.

      They have offered a refund, but that is not what I want. I want to have good customer support by people who get it that not everyone knows what they already know.

      Sounds simple enough, but most of us know how rare a commodity good technical customer support is.
