Get a .com/.org/.net over a .info, easier to flip and looks better and worth the extra $6
don't try and be original, get in a niche of a top category(i'm going for health or wealth, something in there)
get quality backlinks, piggybacking on popular sites like posting on popular blogs is a good way. As far as submitting articles, don't use spinners, make articles you submit be unique content to what's on your site(save the good stuff for your site since most people are gonna steal your article content anyway). And more content the better, article should be 200-500 words.
Get a domain with keywords you're after, and don't over due keywords(key word stuffing) in your blog posts
use wordpress since its free and easy to setup
affiliate marketing products are typically more profitable than adsense or PPC.
If you can make a facebook fanpage and kiss up to people on twitter to build relations, definitely do that(these maybe tricky for me)
The warrior special offer section is $40 and while isn't as highly incentive as in the past, due to a lot of people using it, it's still profitable.
mailing lists are golden because you can contact users in the future
clickbank sucks unless you're making lots of sales(and they may even take your monies and/or not give you credit for certain sales)
research keywords for competitors and try and get their backlinks( the latter sounds kinda complicated), if they have too much of a foothold, stand down and find another niche
If you can afford it, outsource content writing and anything that makes sense
Don't expect to make a lot of money overnight, takes lot of hard work and time.
Ok guys is this the gist of it? Oh btw one thing I personally learned is DO NOT search for a domain that you're not ready to buy that second. I can't tell you how many times I searched, came back and it was registered, why? because domain registrars are scum and register it to force you to pay more $$$
