Easy privacy policy plug in

Hello warriors,

I am a newbie therefore am not sure whether this is the right place to place this post.

I have installed Wordpress on my site and wanted to install "Easy privacy policy" plug in so that I can apply to Google to approve by site for Google adsense program.

However, I have realised today that it is no longer available.

To this end, any other plug in that you would recommend to get my site approved by Google to comply with their terms and condition?

I would appreciate any help you can offer on the matter.

    I noticed the same thing - I think there are other plugins but I haven't used them myself - I have this simple plugin on a couple of my existing sites but was looking for it for some new ones.

    Wish we could find out who developed it - maybe they are updating it or something.

    That's interesting - it not being available, that is. I've used it many a time and I seem to recall it had a link to the AA in the credits.

    Today I spotted it on someone's site (it was only added a couple of days ago) and it had a poker link instead. We removed the credit. I wonder if it's been hacked?

      The old version still works fine. You can download it from one of the blogs it`s already installed on and upload it to other blogs, if you don`t have it stored on your computer.

    You can just use: WordPress › Core Tweaks WordPress Setup « WordPress Plugins

    It will create a privacy policy page and does alot more as well. I save at least 30-45 minutes using this plugin.

      Sounds like a good plugin, however, when I try to instal I get, "Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error."

      Must be another plugin conflicting with it...

        Weird I have never had a problem with it?

        Try deactivating all your other plugins, then install and configure the core tweaks one. Then you can reactivate all the others back.

          Yes, tried that and got it working.

      I have been looking for a privacy policy and this has done the trick. Most of it has been done for you. You can easily edit to your site needs.

      thanks for providing that link! I read that you have to disable the outbound links or it will send out spam and/or links to other questionable sites. I think that is why it is so hard to find. Google the info on it so it does not cause you any problems. Thanks to all for your info!
