Yes it is very much against Google's TOS.

Stay away from it and get clicks the natural way, by earning them instead of buying them.

It's certainly an auction that I wouldn't touch or a service that I wouldn't buy. They can't convince me that they aren't selling "click fraud".

The point is with this kind of auction, they might be able to maintain it for a week or two, a month at the outside, then they auction it with a value based on the Adsense earnings, conveniently omitting the fact that the money is still in Adesnse, as soon as they try cashing out, Google will block and ban so they try to sell before that happens

Just a good example of doing your due diligence. I'm sure it won't stop some though.

  • Not in a million years would i buy this site or even consider buying or even doing anything such as buying traffic to get clicks, unless you dont mind google banning your account,
The money you spend on this service could easily be used with good backlinking sotware and make more out of it and not get your account banned!

90% of the sites in Flippa these days seem to be scams. They are turned out in India and filled with fake traffic.

Yea i agree totally with you, but its like most things make sure you know everything about it and only buy from reputable sellers sounds unfair but gives you assurance that your not going to be scammed,

iv seen a few with google anlytics pdf and you can clearly see its a fake copy as the writing is in different colours and totally different from a normal pdf from google.. ha i guess its the world we live in though!

But all of that said if you look through flippa there is a ton of good sites for sale,

Wow, those are pretty bold claims by the seller...just when you think you have seen it all.

Just goes to show you still need to be really careful and those are services I would never recommend or use, especially on a website monetized just with Adsense. Talk about cutting off a portion of your ability to make money online before you even get started...

Absolutely not worth the risk investing in anything that even resembles these type of services.

I also paid for one site $300 on flippa to a Canadian who claims that the site has made $150 in a week and he mention that he will show the way how exactly he marketed. Finally one ebook that has common methods of link building.

  • Personally i think flippa should be harder on what sites they accept or have a structure in place incase something like that happened,
did they provide screenshots or earnings and traffic stats?

It shouldn't matter if they provided screenshots of revenue, they are most likely using paid traffic that are usually computer bot's with different ip addresses, that end up getting the person who bought the clicks there adsense shut down as soon as the payment is requested from adsense.

A terrible scam that should be more policed on flippa. With flippa being very experienced in websites, they themselves should see that this will only cause financial problems to the person who buys the website in question.
