Anyone know of the software to install on your PC to prevent adsense click faud?

I recently read a pdf report and it suggested that you can install a software on your pc when you are using adsense. This software can prevent you from click fraud or something like that. the problem is I don't remember where I saved the ebook lol.
I guess it blocks your ip address or your browser, Don't remember how it worked exactly.
But most times I like to check my webpages and I and I think when Google sees a lot of impression coming from your webpages that can suspend you account for some sort of fraud. I just decided to try Google Adsense and got my approval and want to be on the safe side.
So anybody have Any idea of this software?
