Was wondering if anyone know of any sites with pre-made classifieds script, that started after 2008 and it got decent traffic?
Our answer is no to that. We think everything should be unique now, including your script. See if you can find the answer to above question, then decide on whether to go for a pre-made template or not.

The best is to have a unique code and it is best if you can write the code. Otherwise, your chances of having a successful classifieds would be super low. We would be happy to know if other people have a different opinion.
