So I am looking to sell some click bank products as an affiliate. I would like to know would I just need to write some articles and then black link it to the affiliate link and then would i get a cut of the price that way. Or what would be the best way.

Thanks

    This is called "direct linking" and is, I'm afraid, a very poor way of trying to sell ClickBank products. (It might have worked a bit 5 or 6 years ago - I don't know). Even direct linking enthusiasts don't recommend trying it for "information products". It might work for some CPA activities, though.

    However you look at it, selling ClickBank (and similar) products is all about three main things ...

    (i) You have to select the products wisely: obviously enough, without getting this part right, it doesn't much matter what else you do;

    (ii) You have to pre-sell effectively to well-targeted traffic (you can't realistically do this, the way you describe);

    (iii) You have to build a list and form relationships with the people on it, so that they'll buy on the strength of your recommendation. Without doing this, your conversion-rate will typically be somewhere between "very low indeed" and "non-existent" (in other words, you can't realistically do this the way you describe, either).

    These things aren't optional: you really do need to do all three of them. There's a huge turnover of affiliate marketers trying other ways and not being successful. The above overview - simplistic, superficial and obvious though it is - is representative of those who make any steady money worth talking about from it, whether you choose to attract your traffic by article marketing or in any other way(s).

    If you're interested in selling ClickBank products (or similar) and attracting your traffic by writing articles, then this thread from earlier today may help you.

    Send them to a optin page and build a list instead.

    Trust me; this is FAR more profitable than direct linking.
