How to get Off-shore clients?

I am new here, we work as a team from Mumbai (India) and we takecare of Outsourced Projet consulting and Management. Basically we help our clients based in US, Canada, UK and other countries to get more sales through telemarketing. We act like their representatives who takecare of getting call centers, providing them operations support, performing regular quality checks and processing of the sales on the sales portal. This helps Off-shore clients to focus on their key business motive.
Till date we were working with consultants based in Asia, but now we want to build our database of clients and wish to work direct..
Kindly suggest what will be the perfect way to find clients who are interested in outsourcing their sales, customer service, customer retention, collections and verification???
