I've been lurking about the forum for about a year and finally joined about a year and a half ago. I've purchased about 10 WSOs and most of them have to do with CPA and affiliate marketing.
I would love to set-up a website but here's my problem: How do you DECIDE what to promote? I mean, I'm not talented in making these sites so I feel like I need to make whatever I promote a really good niche.
I can name 4-5 areas I'm interested in (dating, women's products, healthy eating, gluten free eating, etc...so how do YOU decide?

That's a good question... a questions a lot of us have dealt with. From my experience, I've chosen what I'm passionate about, what I WON'T lose interest in and what I am also knowledgeable on.

For me, those three requirements were important and helped me to decide.

Your ratio of buying WSOs to action is backwards. This isn't like launching a spacecraft.
Just do it. Stop overthinking it.

Simple: Which one are you going to be constantly updating on with new content? For example you could outsource to an artist and host his comics on your server and he would be pumping out his comics because he enjoys it. You may have to put a giant watermark over it and take other protective measures because people will rip it from your site and host it on imgur and comment about it on funnyjunk.

But to be practical, when I look over the offers available in my network, I am disheartened. I am not interested in hawking hemorrhoid remover and "get a free iFad" offers.

So you really don't decide what to promote. The CPA network decides for you. The general public decides what they want to buy. That's what you actually promote.

Hey, B. Luckily for you, you're interested in profitable niches. Dating and health/weight loss are two of the "big 3." When it comes to deciding which to go for, you just kind of have to pick one and go for it. I would probably go for dating or health/weight loss cause I don't know anything about cooking -- the niche I mean. I can throw down in the kitchen, though. :-) Research is key -- finding relevant forums to get to know your niche and products ahead of time and so on.

In my opinion, just list all of the niches you are interested in and passionate about, and then choose the one less competitive and easier to beat your competitors.

I usually choose a product that gets a good amount of monthly searches.
