I want to purchase a WSO but can only pay with Mastercard. What shd I do?

Hi everyone,
I'm in a fix somehow and I saw a WSO for $15.55 I want to purchase with my mastercard. The seller can only sell through paypal. My country is not listed in paypal, and paypal will not accept my card because of it, even if I used a different country. What can I do now?

I normally used payoneer card to make paypal payments but I cannot use it now because the process of funding the card will take days while I need the WSO urgently. I believe wariors will suggest ways around this. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

I don't see anyway around this. If the seller only accepts Paypal and you are not able to pay them using Paypal then there is a problem.

Maybe you could contact the seller, explain your situation, and see if they have any other methods of payment available you could use to pay them. I guess you could also get someone to purchase the product on your behalf using their Paypal account.

Could you offer the seller a service in exchange for the download link? I don't know what you do, but you seem to write well so maybe offer to write a couple of articles or do some seo work for them?

  Hi Fenshon, interesting suggestion from Carol, just above.
  
  One way or another, you certainly need to discuss it the vendor of the WSO, though. I'd say that if he has paying customers with credit-cards who want to buy his product, and he can't find a way to make a sale to them, he's the one with the problem and the incentive to resolve it, and the onus is on him to do so. Is it beyond him to make a sale and satisfy a customer by joining AlertPay, for example?

Thanks to everyone who responded. I think your suggestions are great. I sent him a pm and he's not online at the moment. I wanted to buy it now for two reasons.
1. The price point of $15.55 may increase.
2. I have just 5 hrs of fast Internet every two or 3 days outside my home. if i don't purchase now, I may not be able to download immediately.
I wish the seller were online or someone could help out.
