Need Help contacting Wealthy Affiliate

Does anyone know of a support phone number or direct email to Kyle or Carson?

My account was supposedly shutoff for a payment failure over 10 days ago. Only problem is the payment has posted out of my account. I have been around in circles with someone on support via email. The thread of emails is now 16 long. They sent me a reconnect link. Only problem the reconnect link says my account is OK no need to reconnect but i can't login. I have emailed a scanned copy of the transaction from my bank account and the best they seem to be able to do is tell me to sign up and and repay and maybe then Kyle or Carson will be able to sync the two accounts and no mention of what happens to the money I already paid being refunded or credited. Honestly if they can't verify my payment and fix my account I have little confidence they will be able to sort this out correctly after I create a new account and pay again.

To boot I was bidding on jobs and working with customers there and have not been able to check my messages for over 10 days. Does anyone know any other way to contact these guys. I like the tools and have some customers there. I don't want to go the credit card chargeback route but at this point I don't know what to do.

Any help sincerely appreciated.
