I am not completely understanding what you have going on but if you put your mouse over the "My Ebay" link at the top you will see a link that says "selling". Click on that link and it will show you how many items are awaiting payment, shipment, etc. You then need to scroll down and you will see details on your items that just sold. If you see a dollar sign that is colored in then that means it has been paid for.

Now what information do you need to get to the buyer? If it is just a code you can use the message system to send the code. Look to the right of the sold listing and you will see an arrow. Click on the arrow and then from the drop down menu click on "contact buyer". You can send a message that way.

If you need their email address I would log into PayPal and it will show in the transaction details. I have been selling on ebay for over 10 years and I don't know how or if you can get the email address through ebay anymore.

Hope that helps and let me know more details if it doesn't.

On the right side of the item you can click on the down arrow and mark as shipped. Even though you are not shipping anything it is sort of stating that the item has been delivered. There really is no other way that I know of to close out his kind of order.

After you send the invoice by ebay and get paid, you will need to clink the mark item sent option in the sold item line for it.or you can contact the buyer in private and show you are dong the facebook ad promotion for him.so you just let him to clink the Mark the item received in his/her My ebay tab.
