Website help needed

I have a website on betta fish ranking on first page of google in the first place. Moneyized with adsense and amazon. It makes a few sales and clicks here and there. However, it has 500 backlinks and a PR1. I feel its better monetized with a betta fish ebook with building a list or something like that and profits will be more then. Traffic is around 1000 visitors uniques per month on average. However, I wish to sell this site. ANy suggestions if to keep this or sell. I dont have the time to maintain it. It has about 8 unique articles. The keyword its ranking has about 1000 exact searches per month. Where can I sell it if I want to?

    I would personally keep the site as its obviously a hobby - yes?
    You could do a little more seo work and create more articles and get more traffic and contact fish keeping businesses for advertising space on your site. Go the flippa.com route, and you'll be lucky if you get $300 - peanuts.

    If you don't keep adding content and building backlinks, your site will slowly slip into oblivion.

    So if you don't have the time needed to perform these tasks, the best thing to do is sell it as soon as you can, so you can get the most money for it.

    Don't delay or you will not be able to sell it for much.

    You should definitely sell it now, as opposed to not maintaining it while it disappears from SERP. I'll take it off your hands for $5. Seriously though, if you can't keep up with the site you should offload it now while it's still high in the rankings and worth something.
