My Biggest Mistakes I Realized!
Today I just wanted to share something that I realized and learned since being in the internet marketing niche for about a year now...
I would be very honest and would say that though I have made some money online till now, but that big success still eludes me!
As I take a step back and sit behind for a while to analyze what is that keeping me off from that big success, what I just see is just two big repeating fatal mistakes:
1. How much value have I contributed to the community....?!
Though I try to, but when I look back now, I feel that whatever I have given is quite negligible to some of my fellow folks who has delivered tones and tones of high quality value without the expectation of taking anything back.
I believe this is one of the major faults all the newcomers get into. We get into the mode of just taking and earning millions from day 1 without realizing and analyzing what do we have to offer to others because unless we have that, nobody is going to buy anything from us or even listen to us!
So that's the number 1 point I would like to get to the attention of all the newbies who are trying to get into this online marketing buzz is...
First think of what you can offer....Give as much as value as possible to the community without expecting anything in return. I know many of us think what can we give when we are just starting out, isn't it?
One cool trick is that whenever you learn something new from somewhere, just share it with everyone. Do not have the scarcity mindset. Believe me, I am not saying this just to sound good...I am honest sharing my experience here and this is what I am going to follow too. Give your best.....build that trust and reputation of being helpful. Be absolutely genuine!
Once you do that, you never will have to convince or sell anything to anyone....because everyone will just believe in you and your words.
Help others...you will help actually help yourself!
2. Buying new product each time it comes by.
Recently when I looked closely at my hard drive.....The only word that came out of me was...OMG! I was disappointingly surprised to discover that I had even forgotten about many of the courses or programs that I spent upto $97 or $197 or even $497 or more few months back.
Can you believe that?!....I spent my hard earned money on that and I just let it lay in there on my hard drive to collect nothing but dust....
I really get quite angry on myself looking at those. What I just did was stake up my credit card bills...nothing else! And that's what most of us do...just buy...buy and buy! We never even open it up...let alone finishing it and implementing it by taking action...
I also remember that for many of them, what I did was just go through them superficially and get myself satisfied with a kind of feeling of contentment that this is the one that is going to solve all my problems, but only to completely forget about it in few days and then buying the next big promise again and again and again!!!!
This is the most vicious and dangerous cycle any newcomer can get into and do get into!
So, enough is enough! That's what I am going to do right now....I strictly promise to myself to not buy anything else, until and unless I get that old stoke cleared up.... I will just forget about my credit card number! That way I wont be able to buy anything more...
I urge each and every newcomer with this two pieces of advise....do pay close attention to this and you will save yourself a lot of money and time. take just one task at a time and just finish it up. DO NOT hop around from one thing to another. Its not something I read somewhere but I learned it the pretty hard way:rolleyes:.
That's all for today. I hope it helps you and gives you some proper direction!
Thanks and Regards
