How Can I Win a Paypal Dispute Over Some Pirated PLR Products I Bought Not Knowing They Were Pirated

Hey,

I bought some plr products from a fairly large plr website. I found out that some of the products are being sold on there without the author's permission. The reason I know this is that you can buy those products on their for $5 whereas if I was buying the same plr from said person on the warrior forum it would be $30.

I have one case in particular of one of the most popular people selling plr in the warrior forum where their product is getting blatantly ripped off. I can name who it is and what the product is and the website selling it if you all need further information.

My point is that they're not going to refund me willingly so how can I make sure I file a dispute with paypal and actually win the dispute so I can get my back guaranteed? Any ideas would be appreciated.

There is no dispute if they're going to refund willingly, and you're not allowed to mention the seller of the plr, but you can pm the original owner and inform them so they can do a DMCA.

If you paid via credit card through PP you can do a chargeback. If you paid via PP balance, you have no recourse for any digital product.

      Hey,

I apologize because I made an error in my post so I just changed it. I meant to say they're NOT going to refund willingly. It sounds like with a digital product I am in trouble. I need to remember to start paying with a credit card instead.

File the dispute. They have to answer the dispute at any rate. Then create a Word doc with screenshots of the pirated product and screenshots of the original product. Give them the original sellers' contact info in the document. Explain everything about the transaction. Then change the dispute to a claim and submit this document.

People think that Paypal makes automatic decisions on digital goods. They do not. I have won numerous ones.
