Can Someone Tell Me What Scroogle Is For?

Can someone tell me what the point of Scroogle is for?

Does it show you where your site will rank ahead of time, or what is the point of using Scroogle?

Any help would really be appreciated, thanks.

      That's what I'd have said. In addition, it helps you know your "true position" on google. Reason is because when you search google, sometimes results are showed based on your "search habit" and when you search your site too often and visit it through google, you might be under an illusion that you're ranking high whereas that's not true.

      For instance, I use the search function of the warriorforum alot through google and nowadays, search results from the warriorforum are displayed when showing my search result. Doing the exact same search on scroogle will show the "true" search results...

    As stated above, nothing is kept in your search cache and your searches are not stored. As google does like to use this type of info to give you the most relevant results it might not give you your true ranking.
