How can I log into the WF help desk when WF does not recognize my actual email?

Been trying to log in to the WF help desk, but my email and password are not recognized.

When I try to ask for lost password it says my email address is not recognized. Huh?

      Hey Andyhenry was wondering why my message count does not advance after leaving comments on WSO's, but now I see it is when posting to other parts of the WF, so maybe problem is answered by itself.

      Then ecoverdesign just explained exactly how to use the help desk and have to set up a separate login for help. Will do that any way.

        That was set up that way to take the incentive out of posting in that section for exposure, and to make it easier to spot the WS-Onlys. Folks who don't participate noticeably in any of the discussion areas. Makes it simple to see who's just commenting on WSOs (often shills or saboteurs) and who's a contributing member.

        Sig files also don't show in the WSO section. Similar reasons. Too many people were posting in WSO threads that related to their own offers, in order to try and siphon off potential customers from the people who had paid for those ads.

    Hello,

    the login details for the Forum and Helpdesk are different. You can not login to the Helpdesk with your Forum username/password. Just register at Warrior Forum Support or submit a ticket and an account will be created for you on the fly.
