How can I pause my subscribers' PayPal subscriptions?

I would like to be able to pause the PayPal subscriptions of members of my membership site when they request it.

My wife has the option to do this -- she goes into any of her members' subscrptions and there is a Pause button there or something similar. Saw it myself so it is real. :-)

I don't have a similar button in my account. No idea why not. I contacted PayPal about this twice and didn't get an answer.

Can someone tell me what I would need to do to get this option? Or is there a different way to do the same thing? If you can help me my members will thank you. ;-)

    Maybe you need to upgrade your account to a business premier account.

    Give that a shot and lemme know. I'm not familiar with the button but that might help.

      As I understand it, there are 3 types of account: personal, premier and business. I have "business" account which I think is the "highest" level because as I recall I used to have a premier account long ago and I upgraded to business.

      My wife has a Premier account. Could it be people with lower level accounts have better functionality than the business accounts?
