What is the best WordPress plugin for embedding video into posts and pages?

Preferably a plugin that will embed hosted videos from sites like YouTube, as well as flash videos that I host myself (although I could also use 2 plugins, one that does the hosted videos and one that does self hosted videos).

I don't care if it's a free plugin or a paid plugin, but I do prefer that it can be updated automatically via WordPress.

A good one will be Tubepress wordpress plugin.

You can download it for free online. Simply just search for it on Google.

I normally just use the embed code for youtube without a plugin. For self hosted videos try hana flv free plugin although not as good as easy video player which is the paid option.

now a days many of the WordPress thee provide you embedded you tube video directly. just put the embedded video link any the video will automatically visible in the post or the home page. Pm me if you have any other question.
