My current plan for IM

I have just started internet marketing around two months ago and after seeking advice from others,i have decide on what I should do first.

My niche is making money online for beginners and I am an affiliate of chris farrell membership.

Firstly,I would start a blog sharing with people on what I have learnt from him and other information products.

Secondly,I would do keyword research on all my posts,i have created an opt in form into my blog as well for people to sign up for the free gifts.

Lastly,I have created a squeeze page as well(it is the same list as the opt in form)

But I would be focusing in adding more content into my blog first.

After I think that the blog is ready, then i would start to do article marketing to link to my squeeze page.

Am i doing correctly??or is not enough??

Your plan is good, but there is one major flaw......Have you ever made good money online? If you have not, then why would a beginner want to learn from you? This niche is very difficult to make money in. You will most likely be better off working in another niche, learning how to actually make money online, then maybe trying this niche.

if you are interested in blogging..remember that one of the best ways to get visitors to your blog is to comment on other blogs.

    you can check out big-boards.com

or type in "internet marketing blog" in google.

also you can take your blog posts and turn them into an ebook, and distribute them. Have links inside the ebook the lead to your blog.

then turn the articles into videos using camstudio and openoffice. Upload the video to youtube and other video sites.

Change up your blog articles a bit and submit them to ezine articles.

make sure your autoresponder sequence has alot of good helpful information. just remember. there are a billion different list out there...you have to give your subscribers a clear cut reason why they should stay on your list and not unsubscribe.

    hope this helps.

Yes and he has the name, the income proof, and the product to support this. As a new marketer you will find it much harder to tackle such a large niche. I am not saying that you cannot make money in this niche or that you should avoid it forever. My advice is simply to concentrate on a few smaller, less competitive niches first, then move into something like this.

It is a very common mistake made by new marketers. They go after super competitive niches and it can cause them to quit before they really ever get started. You are going to go through some trial and error and you are going to make mistakes. However, in a smaller niche this will most likely not take as big of a toll on you as it will in a very competitive niche.

    Just my two cents.

Just take your larger niche and break it down into smaller groups. Beginners is a smaller group of everybody trying to make money, but it is still a very large group. You can break this down into people trying to use a specific method, like blogging, or you can target women, men, students, the younger crowd, the older crowd, etc.

My suggestion, however, is to go into a different niche all together to start. Again, let me restate I am not telling you never to go into the make money niche. In fact, you could do two blogs/sites at once. I actually prefer to do more than one at a time because I get burned out when I write too much about one thing. Have a couple subjects helps me to mix it up and keep my content fresh.

Choose something you already know quite well or something you are really interested in researching. For example, if you are a huge golfer, then put up a site in a small portion of the golf niche (again very competitive, but there are many smaller niches within the golf niche you can make money with). This can literally be anything.

The reason I am giving you this advice is because of how many new marketers I have seen quit after trying to tackle such a competitive and very difficult niche. Making money in the "Make Money Online" niche is not easy and to make a good income you are going to put in a ton of work. Why not have a second site/blog making you money while you are putting in all that work?

      True,

Initially i was going to question the op for that exact reason....how can someone thats totally new teach somebody else how to make money.

I opted not to look at it like that after i saw that the op is going to "blog about what he learns from the membership site"... i can see this being beneficial in some way.
