CHALLENGE: Searching for Lead Gathering/Selling Wordpress Template <-- Turn-key

I have several home buying domain names I want to monetize using wordpress (or Joomla) and landing pages by creating a turn-key lead gathering/selling website.

I've spent HOURS AND HOURS trying to find a lead buying/selling wordpress template with a simple form front page and I can't find anything!

I'd like to replicate something like these:
housebuyernetwork.com
webuyhousesforcash.com
ushomeassist.com

Ideally it would be a single-page landing page with a form on it that invites a home seller to input their contact information if they wish to sell their house fast.

Then I want to turn-around and sell the lead to a local House buyer. I'd like to be able to have the home Buyer see a summary of the leads and pay for the ones they want.

Obviously I'd like it to be pleasing to the eye, SEO optimized, and easily replicated for all my domains.

CHALLENGE: Can someone please find me a good turn-key wordpress Theme/pluging combo for under $300 or is this unrealistic on my budget?

Bonus: If there is ANY way to have it integrate their FACEBOOK user info into the site to make it more personal, that would be awesome too.

    Yes, I can point you in the right direction. I recently reviewed a WSO that has exactly what you are looking for. That WSO had 10 WordPress themes included and the cost was $10 or so.

      I do this for a living... your budget sounds reasonable. If you spend a little bit upfront to get something nice made for you, it can easily be replicated on your end later!

      That being said, if you do plan on doing it on your own then the way to go is to customize a simple theme (or just hire someone else to) like the wp 2010 theme and just find all the plugins you need. Take some time to find something nice that is simple to replicate.

      I did and that was the highest rated in my opinion so far and WANTED to buy it BUT I can't find a sample website anywhere for the Real Estate Niche. I filled in a ticket but never got a response. With all the warriorforum comments on it, I'm reluctant to order before I see it.
