Can you replace an audio track in an mp4 video file?

I have an mp4 video that I need to remove the current audio track and replace with a new audio track.

I've tried the software I have, camtasia and av4 video editor but none let me delete the current track.

Can it be removed?

    Yes. Import the mp4 file into a new Camtasia project. Unlink the audio file by going to Edit -> Unlink Audio 1 from Video 1. Once the audio is unlinked, you can select the track and delete it. Then import the new audio track and drag it to the timeline.

      I saw the unlocked icon but didn't know about unlink.
