How long does your payment processor take to pay you?

Hi Guys,
for those of you that use a payment processor to collect payment from users credit cards, how long does it take for your processor to deposit funds?

I know that RBS worldpay takes 4 weeks, but was wondering if that was the industry standads, as it seems quite a long time?

    It depends on the processor.

    Clickbank has some arcane formula relating to phases of the moon, paypal take 2-3 business days (ish), and others can take longer.

    I know some of the credit card merchant accounts can take longer, 4 weeks or even more as they often hold on to the cash in case of refunds.

    It varies from processor to processor and the type of account you get. Some take only a couple of days and other may take up to 1 to 2 weeks.

    Paypal takes 2 to 4 days usually. It's kind of a hassle because sometimes you need the money fast, but it's somewhat reliable, so I won't complain. Good luck to you!

      So far Sophix, PayPal takes only 2-4 days to process but I have one transaction that it tool 5 days since there was a delay that I don't know. 4 days is the longest that I have waited to process my payment.

    Soph,

    My merchant account is with my US bank and I use authorize.net.

    When I 'capture' payment from a customer's CC payment I receive the funds overnight, i.e. the next business day.

    I believe this is pretty standard when capturing funds from authorize.net to a US business account.

    I usually get my funds in my account in 3-4 biz days.. and this is me being overseas..

    The only late one is CB- due to the fact that they mail the cheque and i dont have direct deposit just yet. Well, its not open for my country
