How often to bookmark/digg, etc your blogg

I went through and did the social bookmark thing when I first got my blog up and running. Now, I've added additional content, quite a bit actually. So I got back and digg it, bookmark it again?

I'm completely new at blogging so I need your guidance!

    You can digg any page or post you want to. If it has something
    interesting about it and you come up with a decent description
    about it, that can result in traffic.

    Stumbleupon does not want you posting many of your own pages.
    I think the limit is 15 and then they delete the account. I've only
    posted to 3 other sites but none of them seem to mind your own
    content.

      Basic question - How does stumbleupon know which pages are 'yours' say if you post all of your pages, how will it work out they are all yours (say there are from 10 completely different unrelated websites of yours)

    I probably shouldn't even be answering questions about it because
    that is one that I hardly used and didn't figure out how to get traffic
    from. I don't know how thoroughly they check this out.

    I suppose it would be suspicious if you submitted each of 17 pages
    of a site of yours and had only 2 pages of any other sites submitted.

    It is probably worth reading their information pages. They might even
    have some answers to that. Each SB site works a bit differently and
    you have to spend a bit of time getting to know it if you want to use
    it.

    In fact for most of them you have to spend a bit of time building up
    a social network to help game their system, but I haven't felt
    enthusiastic enough to work on that.

    It is a bit sad but I don't know of any SB site where the quality of
    the page is the only concern.
