Anybody else tried Bings webmaster tools?

Just wondered if anybody else has tried bings webmaster tools. I submitted my website sitemap 3 days ago and it still says 'pending'

    Yeah they are slow to index and I did read somewhere there was a bug which displays pending for weeks.

      yeah sometimes after I submit my sitemap there for new sites it takes weeks or more to ever get any traffic from them... slow but it's not like it takes much effort so definitely worth uploading the sitemap.

    bing and yahoo are now merged. If you submit to yahoo site explorer first, then bing, it will be instantly approved.

    I have tried bing and is to slow on showing your advert also have nothig to compare with adword. Is worth tried as definitly will bring some traffic but if you do not have time and need to speed up your advert i will say go straith with google.

    As said above by @Cedricloi its true that Yahoo and Bing are now merged and so if you submit your sitemap with Yahoo, it will automatically get submitted to Bing as well. Coming back to your question... Bing is indeed very slow and 3 days is not enough to see your sitemap approved with them and the crawling status begun. I waited for almost a month for my website's sitemap to get approved with them and finally showing stats in my dashboard.

    I have. It's nothing compared to google webmasters tools. So I stick to google.
