WordPress-Specific SQL Injection Attack

Today I got 182 alert from my firewall plugin that says

WordPress Firewall has a potential attack!

Web Page: thebloggernet.com/
Warning: URL may contain dangerous content! Offending IP: 82.145.210.109 [ Get IP location ] Offending Parameter:
This may be a "WordPress-Specific SQL Injection Attack."

Please help me guys what action should I take
