Hey All,

I figured before we got too far in to 2009, there was still time to reflect on 2008...

so just wondering what the Top 3 Strategies / Tactics you learned in 2008 were that you plant to truly implement in 2009 to finally get the ball rolling on your goals!

For me:

1) Focus on Building a List and Creating a TRUE Relationship with them.

2) Develop a product, any product, any finally move to the publisher side of marketing

3) Stop buying hundreds of dollars more info products and just start DOING what I've learned, basics are basics!

What about you? What have you learned?

But posting in a forum with tons of users constantly reading and adding to it can't be a waste of time if it is directly related to your niche...

    1. Create a bunch of products in my niches one at a time for the OTO's and sales funnel. Become a publisher, not a consumer.

    2. Quit splitting my time between too many things that don't get done. Really implement those time management strategies so I can measure results.

    3. Crack the '"tech" barrier. I'm weak in this area but have the desire to figure out some of the basics. Right now, I feel like I don't have the basic knowledge to be able to go to an outsourcer and tell them what I need and that makes me uncomfortable. I'm not looking to do the work myself, just get a handle on what makes some of it 'tick' and understand enough to delegate and supervise.

3.5 Stop adding to my hard drive--no more collecting the latest courses. Only purchasing what I need at the moment.
