Amazon and Wordpress

Hi Warriors,
i have decided to set up a few niche wordpress blogs and would like to sell amazon products as an affiliate. Can anybody help with a few questions:
1) Can i have more than one astore on the blog. For example, i'd like to have one wp page with astore for books, another page astore for videos etc!
2) If i am using astores, can i also use amazon links in the rest of the blog posts? I want to use the wp blog for seo and just add more weight to each niche site.
3) Is it true that amazon affiliate stores are badly indexed by google. I read somewhere about google de-indexing amazon stores.
I'd really appreciate some help here, thankyou.

    I don't know about indexing Amazon stores. I drive traffic to the blog rather than the store. You can have more than one on a site. I would put Amazon links in the text of your posts though, as text links actually convert better than Amazon stores do.

    Im not really sure about "stores", I build review sites around specific niches and products from Amazon and that works pretty well for a lot of people.

    I agree that either way you do it that you will want to use intext links...most find that those convert more clicks and sales than buy now buttons.

    Astores converts really bad, so better choose reviews and buy now buttons.

    No idea on this one, and never heard about G targeting Astores. Every time I tried them, the conversions were so poor even with good quality traffic, I never worried about trying to rank them.
