This maybe a silly question but:
If a visitor finds my squeeze page and acts on it but finds me through an organic search instead of an affiliate promoting my product, how do I prevent clickbank from keeping the 25% rev share? Cheers.

They won't keep it since it won't have a "hop" at the end of your url.

    Is that what you mean/

Whether coming to your site directly or through an affiliate link, clickbank charges the same amount, right?

Right. ClickBank buys the product at 92.5% of the retail price, less $1, and sells it to the purchaser at the retail price.

If there's an affiliate involved, then that net figure (92.5% - $1) gets divided between the vendor and the affiliate in the proportions determined and announced by the vendor. If there isn't (in which case it says "affiliate=none" at the bottom of the order page, signifying that no affiliate cookie was recorded) then the vendor gets all that money.

Either way, ClickBank gets 7.5% of the retail price, plus $1.

If the customer find your website through a organic search and it has your affiliate ID at the bottom you will receive your commission for promoting that product. Whether it's organic or PPC advertising. None at the bottom of the checkout page= you get none of the money...
