Top for PLR would be Tiffany Dow - her PLR is always good quality and reasonably priced - and she has some wicked sales now and then.

Ruth Pound and Peggy Baron are another of my favourites always delivering good quality.

Aside from the above I would also take a look at Nicole Dean, Alice Seba and Melissa Ingold for PLR.

End of list.

I used to have some other people on that list, but they're not in the PLR business anymore, and I've not really been buying much of it lately so I don't know who their natural successors have been.

I know that others have mentioned Tiffany Dow, Melissa Ingold. But, I have to put in another vote for them. Their PLR is exceptionally well written, well researched, good use of keywords.

I also am very happy with PLR that I've purchased from Ronnie Nijmeh and Nicole Dean.

I am very picky about quality because I'm a former journalist.

I hope this helps, because buying PLR can be confusing, you really don't know what you're getting until you buy it. But, when you have a list of people who product great PLR - it makes buying it easy.

I also vote for Tina and Tiff. Love their stuff. Other PLR I've gotten from other providers has been shifty at best.

Great to see my faves already listed here! Another one I like and I don't see mentioned here is Alice Seba.

And Sheryl Polomka who posted above also puts out quality PLR. Lisa Stoops is also a good one.

Product creation people, do you mean folks that create products with PLR? Peggy Baron's "all in one packages" are awesome.

And why do I like these peeps? Quality, quality, quality. Oh, and they're great peeps to boot.

Side note - just realized most of the PLR top dogs are women. Wad up with that?
